does permanent jewelry last forever?

Permanent jewelry isn’t totally indestructible—nothing is! We do guarantee the weld, but not the chain once it leaves our hands (because, let’s be real, we can’t control what it goes through out in the wild). If you snag your chain on something and it breaks, bring it back and we’ll do our best to fix it. Just note—there may be a small repair fee..

what iF I WANT TO TAKE IT OFF?

No worries! You can reach out and schedule a time for us snip the jump ring for you. Or, if you need it off right away, a pair of wire cutters—or even nail clippers—will do the trick to remove your chain.

can I wear my jewelry through airport security?

Totally chill—our chains aren’t chunky enough to freak out airport security. If they do beep, they’ll just wand your wrist and let you strut through. (Yep, we’ve tried it—glam and cleared!)
